Here we go again.

Drove to work today. Boneyard is back and AC DC channel is gone. I thought it was pretty awesome as the 1st song that was played was Blackened by Metallica. I decided to LOVE the song and all was well until the next track came on. The Ripper by Judas Priest. I was like okay cool, let me LOVE this one too. When I did that I got the dreaded "WHAT TIME WOULD YOU LIKE TO RECORD UNTIL?" message.

 Its been over 3 months now. :loser:

like they couldnt have had Interns working around the clock to re-tag all the bad songs by now.

I'm looking forward to not having to deal with this sh*t and Sirius anymore. I'm really looking forward to canceling ALL my subs.

Sucks for the lifetime subscription people like me huh? I need to keep the service for another 2 years to reap the return on my investment. Yeahhhh Meeeeeee

But they will probably file bankruptcy before then. Playing music that you can hear for free and ignoring valid customer complaints should send them right down the sh|tter.

Let's give thinga a little time and let the company soak in the subscribers feedback here on DRC. I am certain that they recognize that this community represents the core base of subscribers and that our opinions and feedback have true merit. I have to believe they pay someone to watch the web for consumer feedback and if they don't, well, I'm certainly available! :D

I am going to be a good boy and just say "3 months is plenty of time for them to have addressed this issue" Nuff Said!

I'm pretty sure they're working on it at least. I did manage to love a song last week that I couldn't love a few months ago. I do agree though that this is really piss poor of them to not have it licked by now.

I just wish an official statement from Sirius would come out on this issue. I mean you call the customer service center and they act like they have no idea what you are talking about. It just gets real frustrating!

For as many people that seem to have reported this problem, why are they still acting like they have no idea what I am talking about when I call or e-mail? I have a chain of e-mails all giving me different answers. The most resent suggested a device reset. I have the feeling that all that will do is erase the library that at this rate has taken 2 months to get 10 songs into it. I do not believe they are working in this problem.

In another thread here someone suggested a class action suit. Do we have any lawyers here?

Since the last SL2 update, I haven't had any problems loving songs. I also noticed that Replays are working on Bluesville, which was a station that had constant problems with the Love button.

My SL2 received an update a couple of nights ago. Since then it won't keep scheduled recordings. Last night, it was scheduled to record 6pm to midnight. Around 8pm, I checked and saw the little heart, and a recording in "Recently Recorded". This morning, it was gone. Do you think the update has something to do with this... or could there be another issue?

p.s... hitting the Love button prompts me to schedule a recording.
