Man, you talk about a monster comeback, followed by a complete stiff. Just 2 years after a massive album, this thing comes out. "Centerfield" must've gone 3 times Platinum - I think this one went Carpet.

I agree. The music video was played quite a bit too. I didn't discover it was was a remake until years later.

I pictured it right about where it is, maybe 45 tops. It got airplay, but wasn't pop enough (in my mind) to break 40.

Didn't they re-do this song in the 90's with Steve Vai after Vivian Campbell left for Def Leppard? I had the album that song was on. Two most memorable tracks were this one and "The Deeper the Love." I wasn't aware it was a re-release unless somebody knows something I don't.

This weeks surprises. All got tonnes of airplay up in Canada. The Kings drummer goes to our church (I think I have shared that before). "I Got You" was top 5 in SK at least. I think #1 on one of the hits stations. "Pat Benatar" should have been top 10.
