Having your lawyer publically state this:
Kricfalusi's lawyer confirmed that "for a brief time, 25 years ago, he had a 16-year-old girlfriend"
is not the best look.
Tell that to the judge. I don't think its much of a defense.Reminds me of this
Jerry Seinfeld was at the peak of his success while starring in his iconic TV series, “Seinfeld,” and had his pick of ladies – not that there was anything wrong with that. However, the one who caught his eye in Central Park in 1993 was Shoshanna Lonstein – who was just 17 and a senior at the private Nightingale-Bamford School in Manhattan. Seinfeld, who was 38 at the time, and Lonstein embarked on a five-year relationship during which he openly gushed about his young love, calling her "the most wonderful girl in the world” and addressing the age issue by saying, “Shoshanna is a person, not an age. …We just get along. You can hear the click."

Yeah, it's always weird when a seemingly self-aware and in-control guy goes off the rails. My idol, Dave Letterman, did it too with interns.Reminds me of this

Shocking that the creator of Ren & Stimpy would be a creepy guy (not). I heard he left when Nickelodeon insisted on having creative control of the shows. The wiki page about the show looks like he had other (less disturbing) issues too.
After the first season, he was pretty much bumped from the show.
We started watching it earlier this year. We got maybe 6 or 7 episodes in and we bailed. It just kept getting darker and darker, and the number of characters I cared about was getting too low. The Mrs and I kind-of silently agreed not to continue.I'm finally getting around to watching Ozark. We're only about 5 episodes in now, but it's not bad.
