The thing of it is, I don't think they get commission, do they?
I think he was just a nice kid. I also think BB keeps the preorder discount to a low quantity as a bit of a bait and switch, just to get people in the door. After making a couple of fruitless trips there, I wouldn't have bought the phone from BB if I had to pay the same price as I would at the VZW store.

I didn't think to ask when they expect it in. I was more interested in saving the coin. My old max is still doing OK, it's just slower than it used to be.

Different stores have different deals. My mom went and traded her old iPhone in and got a new 6. I had no idea She even knew to do this. She saw the Verizon commercial and had an upgrade. Didn't cost her a dime.

I'm also happy to be getting a deal too. $100 is a hell of a deal. Free is also a hell of a deal for my mom. I was told my phone should be in by the 23rd or sooner.

I did give up my unlimited plan. They told me that Verizon is getting rid of their 2 year plane in 2 years anyway. I typically use about 1.5 gb / month and have 350 minutes & 250 texts/ month. I rarely come close on my minutes, and only go over on texts 2 or 3 times / year. The math adds up in my favor this time to go with the unlimited talk/text plan with 2gb data. The guy said I can ask for the plus plan and probably get bumped up to 6 gb for the same price.

They should up your plan to 6 gb. They did that for me when I gave up unlimited. If you don't see it right away give them a call.

The guy said they would switch the account over when I get the new phone, so that's when I should talk to them about it. He had me write it down on the receipt for the gift card so I'd be sure to ask.

Here is a review from a pretty good site. Samsung did a good job with battery life as usual. I go to this site because they compare phones and give pretty much unbiased info. Sites like BGR are really biased. You go to their comment section to get some info and it's a free for all. Some sad pathetic people on that site.

They are giving away data too. I called and got a free gig added for a year about two months ago.

Then when I upgraded to the iPhone 6 they gave me another free gig. I now have 6 to share for the cost of 4.

Launch minus 2 days and nothing official yet from BB...

Got my phone on Friday for $49.99 at Best Buy.

I traded my Evo 3D, my wife traded in her Evo 4G, and my buddy traded in his Palm Pre. That was one hell of a promo.

I love my new Note 4. I charged it up to 100% on Friday Night and didn't plug it in again until Sunday Night before bed when it finally died after 35 hours of light use.

The S Health App is pretty cool and the screen is off the charts amazing. I like Kit Kat, but hate the fact that my 64GB SD Card keeps getting ejected. For some reason the phone keeps ejecting it.

I am waiting on root to get that problem fixed....

Picked it up today. Wowzers! What a screen!

It's big, but not as big as I was afraid it could feel. (It's always always bit different feeling when it isn't hooked up to the security cable at the store.) Nobody has a holster case like I like yet, so I got a wrap around and glass screen protector to get me started. I think I blocked out how much it sucks setting up all of the old accounts on a new phone. My email was the worst. It didn't like the settings I used on my Maxx for some reason. It took quite a bit of time with the tech support guy to sort it out. Still getting used to the thing, but digging it immensely.

Glad you are digging it. I am digging mine too. It was definitely a worthy upgrade from my Note 2.

Root is finally available for the Sprint Variant, as well as TWRP Recovery. I am debating whether or not to take the plunge. I need my Ad-Away Ad Blocker. Sometimes when using the Slacker app, I get full screen ads for 30 seconds after a song plays. Its so annoying. I don't mind in between songs stream based ads, but the ads that render my phone useless are ridiculous. That alone makes me want to get the Root process over with.
