This makes me think of a term that was said over and over, whenever we were looking to buy a house or land. You sign a "Purchase & Sales" agreement, which the real estate agents refer to as a "P-and-S". If you say that several times quickly, you'll see what I mean.
What's worse, whenever there was an issue that required the closing date to be moved out, they would have to "extend the P-and-S".

I have some thoughts:
That Cher song "Believe" may have been the first song to use the super synthesizer.
Like the Cardigans CD, "Sixpence None the Richer" was another damn good alt rock CD that included a softer pop single "Kiss Me"
How did the Beatles have hit songs in the 1990's, three decades prior to breaking up? Can they do that?
Some of these songs I've been seeing voted for, I did not realize they were that old. "Good Riddance" I've heard on The Coffeehouse
Likewise, I thought Neil Young "Harvest Moon" was older than 1990's.
Also, some of the videos. I heard the songs but never seen the videos. They give a different impression of the song

I asked the same question and was told they were re-releases or something like that. Since we had a fairly loose nomination criteria, they stood. Did far better than I would have thought. But they are The Beatles and they always seem to do well.
