Whatever you do, DON‘T TRY TO FUNGE THEM!!!Not sure what I am supposed to be doing with them.

- Barenaked Ladies w/Gin Blossoms & Toad the Wet Sprocket [07/21 Toronto, ON]
This year so far:
*Tool/Acid Helps - Van Andel Arena Grand Rapids
*Slipknot/Cypress Hill - same
*Upheaval Festival featuring Theory of a Deadman, Mudvayne, Three Days Grace, Butcher Babies, Breaking Benjamin and Disturbed - Belknap Park Grand Rapids

At least The Palace of Auburn Hills has been demolished so you don't have to drive all the way up there for a show. However, Pine Knob is in that area, so that's a bummer for Toledoians.
I had tickets for Tool in Toledo before COVID started. Once COVID settled in, they postponed & canceled.
Once bands were touring again, they came back to Detroit, but haven't rescheduled Toledo yet.
I'm looking forward to seeing them again.
Yes, for ones in Toronto. We have 3 options: First is TTC which is bus, subway and/or streetcar which is right by our door. Second is GO which is commuter train which we drive to station 5 minutes away. If my wife is going, we can use WheelTrans which is private wheelchair bus door to door. Stuff in Orillia or Richmond Hill we need to drive.I'm assuming you can take public transportation right from your apartment to the venues?
That's a great perk of living in the middle of a big city. Going to a major concert venue for us is always a big ordeal, although we have some decent local entertainment (which still requires driving and parking).Yes, for ones in Toronto. It's a different mindset. Here first option I think, is public transit. Driving downtown is a nightmare so transit is almost always the better option. When I go to Saskatoon to visit my dad, everybody drives everywhere. They have buses but they aren't very efficient and are almost empty. That's a great perk of living in the middle of a big city. Update : this is actually an outdoor show, so we're going. Should be "safe" enough.I just stumbled across the fact that a new-ish band I like - The Regrettes - are playing something called Innovation Fest in August roughly 5 minutes from my place. Am I gonna see them in a friggin' conference room?
I saw a band that had a #1 hit in 2000 in a hotel lobby in 2015. Veritcal Horizon.Am I gonna see them in a friggin' conference room?
