Concerts you have attended?

I know the Toto show that was scheduled for 3.19 at the theater just down the street from me got postponed today. I wonder if that's part of all this.

I have heard that Billy Idol has an ear infection not responding to anti-biotics. He has some surgery scheduled so he has cancelled all his remaining shows in support of Journey. This is probably why ours was cancelled. Not sure what type of dynamoes this has. It looks like we will get Toto when it is rescheduled. But they probably need to find a free date.

Mister MonoStereo, Toto has canceled ten shows – so far – that had been scheduled as part of their 2022 "Dogz Of Oz" tour.

Kind of interesting, Toto doesn't list there April 9th concert on there site. The venue where I'll be seeing them in Gila River Arena in Glendale, AZ does list Toto w/Journey.

It looks like Rochester is going to be a no go next weekend. Given we have already seen Mr. Lightfoot, the decision is easier although still disappointing.

Easy Life (haven't bought a ticket yet but planning to)

Tuesday 24 May 2022
Royal Blood, cleopatrick
Probably won't go to the Easy Life show. Life's too busy. And our Florida trip at the end of that month is already up to 5 grand - and we haven't even packed our bags yet!

The Darkness are playing here Saturday night, but my Jayhawks are in the Final Four, playing at 5pm that day. That, plus it being a REALLY rough week personally means I probably won't go.

Last night concert was fantastic. There were quite a few songs from Toto I didn't realize they sang them. I mostly hear Africa and Rosanna on the radio.

Toto preformed an hour and there was like an 1/2 break until Journey got on stage. Journey was incredible, my partner and I grew up listen to them. One thing we notice, there was an young asian guy performing as the lead singer as Journey? Well we didn't know that Steve Perry left the band. To us it almost didn't felt like the original band, even though it had a whole new lead singer and other band members left. Anyway Journey was great and we did joked it felt like a karaoke show with the new singer. That Toto stoled the show, either way we bother had a great time.

Steve Perry left Journey in 1984. 1/2 the band left in 2020 and they all sued each other.

The new lead singer (who is Filipino) has been with them for 15 years, since 2007. It's been the subject of documentaries.
