Foster was a member of The Sylvers with his siblings James, Leon, Ricky, Edmund, Pat, Angie, Charmaine and Olympia-Ann. Among the Sylvers' 1970s hits are Hot Line, High School Dance, Fool's Paradise, Any Way You Want Me and the 1976 number one Boogie Fever. The group disbanded in 1985.

 
It's a sad day in the neighborhood. Negri appeared in 332 episodes of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood (1968-2001). He was the handyman, he played guitar and he owned Negri's Music Shop. Negri released five solo albums, an album with Michael Feinstein and an album with Trio Grande (Virgil Walters, Rodger Ryan, John D'Amico).
