I hear ya dude...I knew not of Bubba until Howard's Sirius deal started but must say they are cool in their own way and I'll miss those crazy rednecks on the afternoon drive.

It boils down to this: Wood Yi gets fired from KROCK...Howard talks about how crappy (terrestrial radio) is ever since he left, implying that the people that took over couldn't get ratings, though he never really called them out by name...Opie and Anthony took umbrage at being blamed for Wood Yi's firing by claiming that things are tough all over for terrestrial radio because of the economy and then they fired back at Howard by saying things are so rosy where he works either.

For what it's worth, Howard made jokes about the economy being bad for radio after he caught wind of what O&A said in relation to the Wood Yi firing.

Bubba was referring to this I believe.
