Dude we got a squad this season. Major draft and trades. AJ is top 5 in the league receivers. If Jalen can become a top 15 qb we will win the east. If he makes a real come up....top 10 or so....we are straight up contenders. And we got the o line so it's all on his shoulders. My man will step up.Better not have anything on the edges of your screen, I don't think the mousepad will make it into the endzones.
Yes my Steelers have sucked for several seasons actually. And they will likely suck for a couple more. But I admit it. And regardless what happens, I can at least say that the Steelers will never lose to the Cowboys twice in one season.Dude we got a squad this season. Major draft and trades. How's that iron curtain looking for you idrather? Oh yea, that was in the 80s. The best thing u got is Tomlin. Maybe he'll be able to trip more ppl running down the sidelines this season.
That hurts., I can at least say that the Steelers will never lose to the Cowboys twice in one season.
Paid lunch; nice.I work 5*7.5 hour days. No OT. If I work a Saturday for deployment or something, I get time in lieu. If I work extra then it is out of the kindness of my heart. But it happens. But if I have to take off an hour early for a concert for example, I don't sweat it.
Not sure your math but 7.5 is not paid lunch. What I work is 9-5 (8 hours) with 1/2 hour for lunch (thus 7.5). The official office hours (nobody follows this anymore) is 8:30 - 5 with 1 hour off (unpaid) for lunch (also 7.5 hours).Paid lunch; nice.
That whole post was an interesting rundown. I quoted that part cause that's exactly what my boss told me today when I said I'd work my 2 usual days off again this week (tom and wed). So I may take her up on it and do a half day one of those days. She said I could do both but I don't want to lose out on the OT twice. So if I wanted (or needed) to work OT, I could work the off day, or do a half-day plus some extra hours during the week, etc.

When I see 37.5 work hours, I assume that's a paid 40 hours with a half-hour/day lunch. I know many people who have that policy, and it's pretty simple math. I'm not familiar with "full-time" employees only getting paid for 37.5 hours/week.Not sure your math but 7.5 is not paid lunch. What I work is 9-5 (8 hours) with 1/2 hour for lunch (thus 7.5). I am paid a salary and my weekly 'paid' hours are considered to be 37.5 hours. I think it's a Canadian thing as we have stronger labour laws up here. But its kind of irrelivant as my salary is based upon an annual figure and they just divide by 26 to get my pay ever other week (I think the actual math is different as there are not exactly 52 weeks in a year but I am not a payroll accountant -- I don't even pay one on TV. I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last month though). When I see 37.5 work hours, I assume that's a paid 40 hours with a half-hour/day lunch. Me too, but on each pay stub is my hourly rate; which is my biweekly divided by 80. I suppose you could divide it by 75, or anything, but I wasn't aware that some salaried full-timers work 37.5 hours a week.my salary is based upon an annual figure and they just divide by 26 to get my pay ever other week.
It's pretty standard up here.Me too, but on each pay stub is my hourly rate; which is my biweekly divided by 80. I suppose you could divide it by 75, or anything, but I wasn't aware that some salaried full-timers work 37.5 hours a week.

We got rid of physical paystubs many years ago. It's all on our intranet, although there's an option to print it in the standard paystub format.Do you guys get actual paystubs? Cause mine are all on some website I need to log into. At my last gig I also had direct deposit but they'd give us a paper stub along with a site where we could look at it. I liked that better. And as I type that I'm once again realizing I'm old.
Oh that's neat.We got rid of physical paystubs many years ago. It's all on our intranet
