So at last night's practice our singer brought homemade brownies and two bags of Cadbury mini-eggs (chocolate with the hard shells). She handed me a bag of 4 brownies and asked if I wanted any of the mini-eggs. I told her the mini-eggs are one of my biggest weaknesses, so if I eat one I'll eat 50 - but I want to maintain my weight loss progress (I'm down 20 lbs since xmas) but that I'd have a brownie later. I took one bite on the way home and re-sealed the bag. Gave the rest to my wife and son.

For lunch I made a Kani salad using imitation crab, Mayo and Sriracha. For Dinner a ham sandwich with fresh French Bread from Walmart.
From Wednesday lunch to Thursday lunch, 24 hours, I ate nothing except for Crumbl Cookies. Since I have hypoglycemia issues at times, I paced myself real nicely. Similar to drinking all day but never getting drunk….
