Personally I think "Kung Flu" is funnier.
And it's a savvy move, how's it going to look when congress can't figure out a way to compromise but they will be willing to sue to prevent the unemployed from getting relief?

Not so much.
Legislative is playing a game to try to make the other side look bad. There is funding included to build a federal building right across the street from a particular hotel that will benefit the hotel owner and has nothing to do with the virus or people that are out of work. This is all about manipulating perceptions in the weeks leading up to the election. Oh geez, guess who conveniently signed an order to make it happen with 85 days till the election? And how much closer to the election will it be when the checks start showing up in people's mailboxes?
