new sub plan

I'm trying to go online to adjust my subscription to the new $3.99 plan. I don't see an account page anywhere on the web site to do this adjust. I just had the $49.99 / 6 months plan charged last Saturday so it should be pretty easy to adjust.

I also purchased a Slacker for my girlfriend and her free trial is to expire on Monday...I had her signed up for the $49.99 plan as well- so I want to adjust that before it charges. I don't see a way to cancel her account online either.

Very puzzling--no number to call, no account page...or am I missing something?

To access account page go to web player or software player.
look right underneath the play button.
click on options>account>manage account

This will allow you to edit your account

Your girl friend can turn off auto renew. Then when the trial expires she can then sign up for the plus, but you must let the premium expire first. Be sure to turn off auto renew though. So she does not get charged for the premium.
You will have to finish your 6 month commitment on the other hand. However you can turn off auto renew as well so you do not get billed at the start of a another 6 month period. Once you turn off auto renew, and the 6 months expires you can then sign up for the plus if that is what you want.
All the editing can be done on your account page by following the directions included above.

I canceled, or turn off auto renew on my trial premium yesterday. I can't sign up for the plus until Sunday though. Today is the last day of my trial so once it expires I can sign up for the plus.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I was able to do what you talked about easily. I'll go online and get my gf's sub updated on Monday.

Make sure you cancel it before Monday. It probably won't let you do a new subscription until Tuesday for the Radio Plus Plan.

The thing is that not every song that you can save via the web can be saved via the G2. There are differences in their licensing agreements and some labels allow them to be downloaded to the web player, but not the portable player.

I think with the new Radio Plus plan that doesn't allow for saving songs that most will care about this, because they won't be saving songs anyway. I have saved some songs, but when I renew I won't have this feature since I plan to go with the plus rather than premium.

My premium trial I turned off auto renewal, and my account shows my premium should have ended on 12/20, but it is still working this morning. So of course I can't sign up for the plus service yet. I have not been charged for the premium either. So I guess I have to contact support to get this cleared up......

It may take 24 hours or more for this to clear itself up in their system. Also it maybe because it fell on the weekend when no one is working. It will likely sort itself out.

Yeah I assumed the trial period would end at midnight on the 20th for me. Apparently the system is not that accurate. It did finally expire later in the day on the 21st. So I am on the plus subscription trial now.
