Trump called hypocrite for Muhammad Ali tweet - CNN Video

isnt it pretty clear trump was talking about turban muslims and not bow tie muslims? look i get it...trump gaffed by saying there are not muslim athletes and there clearly are. but its also pretty clear what he meant and i havent seen any news person mention it.

edit: i just used 'clear' 3 times in 3 sentences. i guess i think of a word and then CLEARLY stick with it. (4th time.)

an african american who converted to islam. youve never seen them selling those weird pies on the street? they were a staple in some areas of philly and have been represented in a bunch of tv and movies.

What type of Muslim are Indonesians? It's the most populous Muslim country, but the Indonesians I know don't wear turbans or bow ties. Maybe I should tweet Trump - I'm sure he'll have an insightful answer.

I understand the distinction you were trying to make, but it just underscores how completely moronic and un-american the whole idea of classifying people by their personal beliefs and/or ethnic background really is.
 
Since Hillary won the democratic party. I'm not a Bernie Sanders fan and I don't know if I heard right or not. But I thought I heard, he could possible run as a Liberation?

yes he his definitely running as liberation party candidate.

im joking but he has said he wouldnt run as a 3rd party candidate but who knows if he changes his mind. but it wont be with the libertarian party cause they already have their guy, gary johnson.

No he doesn't fit in the Libertarian party, we are socially liberal but fiscally conservative, pretty much the opposite of Bernie Sanders. We already have our candidate, Gary Johnson. Bernie could run with the green party or simply as an independent. I hope he does run and we have a 4 person race. Gary Johnson would have a good chance to win with Sanders siphoning off votes from Hillary and Johnson siphoning off votes from Trump and from Hillary.

Very interesting. This is a topic I'm passionate about - the ridiculously long US campaign process. As the article shows, this process is neither tied to the Constitution, nor is it a long-standing rule - it evolved in the 1970's. It's time we Americans collectively take an interest, and get this changed.

There's nothing more idiotic than spending billions on an election process, so that the winner will perhaps (but more likely not) find a way to save a bit of money.
