O&A off CBS, except WXRK in NY

Kind of hard to justify afternoons at Sirius when you can't give the shit away for free. Bubba is increasing affiliates, not losing them faster than Antohony's dropping T-Cell count.

You also hear "E-Low" say that O&A had more listeners than Stern. You also once heard Stern was off for the entire month of August. You also heard that O&A had the #1 channel at XM.

How'd that work out for you? :hah:

You gotta admit man, O&A on terrestrial were colossal failures, even if you don't count in Howard and their "We have all his listeners now" comments. They are down to 3 stations, 1 of them tape delay and the other a vacation area that is barren 2/3's of the year. That is an implosion of epic proportions!

PS - As to you not being in this one, you always were the smart one. That's why I like ya.
 
0&0 have less chance of replacing Bubba than Ham-Hands Bill... There's NO way they will be on one of Howard's channels. Besides, Howard said he only wants one channel if there's no Bubba.

I doubt they would combine them either. It would create difficult issues with the BestOf packaging which I am sure they don't want to deal with.

Howard's not the boss. If they (the suits) say there will be a "Howard 101" there will be. How would that look if they took 101 off? If that happens you might as well shovel dirt on satellite's casket because it's done. That would be a PR nightmare. It'd be like losing the NFL.

Yeah, but how good would the NFL be if you lost half the teams and replaced them with the XFL (a hackier version of the real thing which, coincidentaly, also couldn't generate any fans, even when offerered for free)?

I agree there, but there's still no way in hell that 0&0 will be plugged into a Howard channel. It is interesting that most 0&0 fans seem to think that having their own channel, The Virus, is not as good as munty-ing up on Howard, the guy they "hate"...:Smiley_wink:
