I can no longer read the article, but I recall they listed the price as about $50 over market price, which probably covers certain costs. I think they said market price was $1,899, and they were selling for $1,949. But that's just what I think I saw.

True support animals are very useful. The problem is that too many people just buy a vest and throw it on their pet or turn their pet bird or crocodile into a support animal. This diminishes the role of the support animal and also encourages people who see people petting the fake support animals to try the same with the real ones which causes issues with those animals.
Athena is an emotional support cat and it's a total joke. The policy is that we can only have emotional support pets if we live at a property. Both my boss and his boss know it's a joke and I just bought a certificate online for $50 signed by some quack doctor. But the company requires it to be scanned into my rental agreement.
