The Lever House was an important building in the evolution of the skyscraper and it has was influential for the New York urban planning.
An early example of the International style, it was one of the first buildings to use a curtain wall system. (That's where the facade is is skin of usually glass and aluminum that hangs from the floor slabs, instead of having windows that are punched through load bearing masonry walls.)
It allowed for floor to ceiling views and ushered in a new era of design that broke from traditional design aesthetics.
The design provided extra public plaza space as a concession for avoiding building setback regulations. (Another topic.)

Since Disney+ is integrating Hulu and may eventually phase out the Hulu brand, and with Fox already owning Tubi, I wonder if they will try to create a new service to fill the role Hulu once had.

As a die-hard Roku guy ( hell, I bought a cheap Amazon Fire TV recently & put a Roku stick on it to get the interface I wanted ), I am not happy about this. My assumption is that it's only a matter of time before Fox fucks it up.

The name means "six" in Japanese; it was Wood's sixth business venture. Roku also manufactures Smart TVs and owns three streaming services: The Roku Channel, Howdy and Frndly TV. Yes, "Frndly."
