Do any of you have your ears pierced? If you're not in the NFL then it's probably not a good idea. When I was young I wanted to get an earring and luckily I had responsible family that loved me. My mother did get me one of the earrings that connect by magnet so I wore that for awhile and very likely looked like a real ass.

i like how roberts goes both ways a bunch of times. i like having the idealistic and likely naive opinion that the supreme court justices are above party. and gorsuch went for it? that is nicely surprising.

what makes a person chief justice? roberts is def not the most senior member of the court.

It's always said you can't discriminate based upon a person's sex, but those wanting to strip their rights argued that "sex" meant gender only, not sexual preference or a change in gender.
