Just let it be and face it. The Beatles might could be eliminated. When I find myself on DRC
Often there's a poll to see
The Beatles win every one there could be
There could be, there could be
There could be, there could be
Other polls but Beatles win every one that could be
I was joking. I voted fairly for the best song. "Let It Be" would have been my #2 choice in a ranked vote. I will stick with my original vote. Sorry for the confusion.I'll temporary reopen the Quarterfinals for rest of Friday. If anyone else wants to change there vote. As of now this is the current results as the Quarterfinals will be reposted on Saturday morning.

You didn't do anything wrong, it's all good. I thought you were making a joke as "Let It Be" and turning it into "Could It Be"?I was joking. I voted fairly for the best song. "Let It Be" would have been my #2 choice in a ranked vote. I will stick with my original vote. Sorry for the confusion.
You forgot to revert my vote back to "Hotel California".Time up and the Quarterfinals are officially closed again. As this is the final results.

Eagles: Hotel California
Can I change my vote to Superstition?
You forgot to revert my vote back to "Hotel California".
The Beatles: Let It Be
Stevie Wonder: Superstition
Eagles: Hotel California
Don McLean: American Pie
Stevie Wonder: Sir Duke
Blondie: Heart of Glass
Fleetwood Mac: Dreams
The Knack: My Sharona
Paul McCartney and Wings: Band On The Run
Every song but the 2 Stevie Wonder songs is on my ***** list. I eliminated the one that was lower in the countdown.
Can I change my vote to Superstition?

Come on, that just creates more madness (yours but still). The usual rules apply and NO more changing vote and reverting back! Let the next round of madness begin!
Hotel California got screwed, because it was in a 3-way vote, and the non-Beatles votes got split. If it was up against the Beatles song by itself, it would've knocked it out, and then we could've all gone on with our lives. Having said that:The list is not what I expected going into the semi's.
I did an unmadness once where I had everybody vote on their preference rather than an elimination tournament. The results were significantly different. I will do one after this one too starting with the initial list from this thread.Hotel California got screwed, because it was in a 3-way vote, and the non-Beatles votes got split. If it was up against the Beatles song by itself, it would've knocked it out, and then we could've all gone on with our lives. Having said that:
Semifinals
Paul McCartney and Wings: Band On The Run
Don McLean: American Pie
I figured that Paul stood a chance, since he was going up against, well, Paul.So bye bye, Blondie and Paul.
