Damn! It's Hot Out!!!

90 degrees today. I forgot how the body gets sticky when you walk outdoors.
But it was still a great day

(Post continued on I Love Sirius XM and Concerts You Have Attended threads)

My two rose bushes in the front yard have started to bloom. One is next to my Strawberry Fest sign 6/20. I've spent a few minutes each day this week, staring at my sign, from the bench. Must be that warm weather

Yesterday was another perfect day. 85 and sunny, with a bit of humidity. We did the beach for lunch, and there was a land breeze keeping the coast warm.

It is still humid and the high today will still be mid-80sF but there is a northerly breeze coming in my window which is making it more comfortable. Supposed to be down to 10C (50F) on Sunday.

Last year, we had this run of rainy weekends from spring till early summer. I think it was 13 weekends in a row. This year, it was looking that way for the past month; and the forecast for this past weekend was predicted to be rainy too. But it turned out to be a super nice weekend, beginning with Thursday evening. With Mrs. Scotch's friend up (and our daughter on Sunday), we went to the beaches 3 times, paddled the river, and to the top of a mountain; all in York. It was an unexpectedly great run of days.

We had rain on Sunday and temps dropped. Sunny today but rain returns for rest of the week. Sunday's rain ended long streak of really warm mostly dry days.

We will be in the mid to upper 90s Wednesday and Thursday. And the dew point will hit 75 degrees, which rarely happens up here.

Oh shit, it's almost as bad up there as it is down here. Right now my weather station says it's already 92 with 73% humidity.

How many days like that do you ballpark get per summer?
