Ok that is fine with me because they are the channels that I think would be played at most businesses that have Sirius XM.

They also have lots of kids/teens listening. I guess they feel the need to protect those teenagers and their delicate sensabilities.

ETA: I believe Lucy was on XMs business safe list. This is probably where the Lithium issue is arising from.

And with Pop 2K and Hits 1 and the Pulse I understand completely but with Lithium that was a different story.

This morning they played Brass Monkey by the Beastie Boys....which came out in 1986.

True, but that track was still being played a lot on alt radio in the 90's.
It's a stretch for what they claim the station to be, but I dig the tune and can see how it fits.

Lithium (a channel with 90's grunge and alternative) should never have been mixed with Lucy.

Yep and unfortunately it sucks now. It was my favorite channel for a few months before the merger. Ever since AT&T turned up 3G where I live I'll be using Pandora on my iPhone a lot more now.

It was mixed, but that was a while ago. It seems like a lot of the issues have been resolved.

I do hear an occasional song from 2001 on there, but other than that, it's all good
