Netherlands at #1 seems about right. I was very surprised at how everyone in Amsterdam spoke English. And I'm not exaggerating when I say everyone. We were in the city for a week and I can't remember running into even one local who I couldn't have a conversation with. Now when we went to Groningen, my dad's home town but still a relatively big city, it was a different story. There I would estimate it was about 50% of the people I came in contact with spoke fluent English.

While I was in the Netherlands everyone spoke perfect English. After a while I started to imagine that I could understand Dutch.

I had read something recently that showed Ohio being closer to being in balance.
It said there was a slight loss. I should try to find it.

At a glance, I've noticed that this map disagrees with the map above it. For example, Massachusetts has a strong population increase, but high outbound? Vermont has the highest inbound percentage, but only mild population increase? Plus, it's in the northeast, which contradicts the text of the article.

The only thing we can all agree on, is that people are leaving Illinois and moving into Idaho, birthplace of Sarah Palin.
