I'm watching Anderson and Andy on CNN for NYE.

Andy is fun. Not a fan of Anderson (or any legacy media member left or right).......EXCEPT Cooper when he is with Andy for NYE. Those two are always fun together and put on a great show.

That's the whole bit. Anderson is the serious, somber one. So it's fun to see him get trashed and do that little girl laugh.

Anderson’s “little girl” laugh doesn’t bother me. That silver fox can join me in bed anyday! :lostit: Oh, and Andy could join in too, if he felt like it.

Oh by the way, you guys enjoy the "not guilty" stuff. He is truly NOT GUILTY!!! ;)

New Years Eve we saw Song Sung Blue and it was very good. All the major Neil Diamond hits were in the movie except Shiloh and Longfellow Serenade
We would've gone to see that on Christmas, if it were just me and the Mrs. But we went with the daughter to see the Wicked movie, which was plenty entertaining, if a bit long.

Beast in Me was pretty good.

We're almost through Harlan Corben's Run Away.
Beast is a bit better, but Run Away is worth watching.

We watched Begonia. It was Be-Bonkers!

My son and I went to see "Anaconda" tonight. My son is a big Jack Black fan. I found the movie to be ok not great. I found it was trying too hard to decide if it was a comedy or a thriller. It was pretty funny at times and did have me jumping out of my seat at others.

We just finished watching the limited Netflix series "The Beast in Me" with Claire Danes. It was good, and kept us glued to the TV. Just 8 one-hour episodes. Now we're back to looking for new shows.

The Beast in Me was a good series. If you’re looking for another show to binge, it’s fairly new.

The Night Manager is on Prime Video and has a strong cast, including Hugh Laurie, Tom Hiddleston, and Olivia Colman. It’s a British spy thriller that originally aired in 2016. There is now a second season, which I believe features a new cast.

2025 Movies I streamed with my wife on Saturday that she had not seen yet.
We watched "Relay" Saturday morning. I told her I thought it was the best movie I had seen at the cinema last year even with the silly ending.
Then we watched "One Battle After Another" Saturday night. I told her this was the other best movie I had seen at the cinema. She looked interested in both but said she liked "One Battle After Another" more.
That was also before we saw "Song Sung Blue" on New Years Eve. Otherwise, that would have been up there as one of the best. I didn't ask her where she would rank "Song Sung Blue" among the other two. She'd probably get bored with my questions.

I was bummed that I didn't get to see "One Battle..." when it first came out. Just too much going on then with moving, etc. to squeeze in a viewing.

But since then, our go-to theater ( Screenland Armour ) had upgraded their equipment to where they can show 35mm & 70mm film. So they're bringing it back at the beginning of February & showing it in 70mm. Already got tickets,

Because of the Chiefs? Not an NFL guy. I'm actually about to start having less free Sunday afternoon time, with baseball around the corner-ish. Sunday afternoon Royals games are usually the 1 game a week I get to see 100% of.
I'm a Formula 1 guy, which gets going in February/March. But I am following the Patriots right now. I don't watch much regular season baseball. I'm one of those "sunny day" fans.

"Life of Chuck" was released in 2025 and was a movie I wanted to see at the theater but kept opting for other movies instead and before I knew it was gone.
I got to see it last night on Hulu and enjoyed it. Don't quite understand the connections but each part was enjoyable. I guess it was a Stephen King movie.
It could be the last movie I watch on Hulu before it shuts down to become Disney

Same, each segment of the movie was enjoyable enough, so overall I really liked that one.
