Office Space over WoK? Y'all are whacked.

I've never even head of the GD film

I'll admit that this was an unfortunate matchup, where both movies were strong contenders for me.

Office Space is a cult movie, a product of the genius of Mike Judge. I'd compare it to The Big Lebowski, it has that kind of following. Plus it perfectly captures the cubicle work environment, as well as tech nerddom.

There were quite a few upsets throughout the tournament. Of coarse, there are several I still have never seen. In the Elite 8, the only film I haven't seen yet is the Godfather. Which I should try and watch this weekend.

To me the biggest upset so far is Spinal Tap defeating the Dark Knight.

I thought Blue Brothers would have gone further. I guess Breakfast at Tiffany's is a good film?

The Big Lebowski went pretty far for another film I have never seen yet.

Pulp Fiction and 2001: A Space Odyssey had a pretty good run.

We all have opinions... I have no clue how you guys put WoK over Godfather II!

Originally I voted Guardians of The Galaxy over Godfather II, no offense to the godfather series. But I haven't seen any of them.

After watching a few videos on youtube of WoK. Now I recall seeing it, it has been a long time since I seen it.

There cute a few popular cult movies like the ones you mention. I don't know if you call Blade Runner a cult movie or not. It didn't do well in theaters, but it must be good enough to finally create sequel.

To me personally a good cult movie is Rocky Horror Picture Show.

I finally watched the Godfather and it was pretty decent movie. I didn't realize it was over 3 hours. The first hour was boring, 2nd picked up and the last hour had all the good action.

Damn James Caan got lit up with bullets. Looking forward checking out part 2 tomorrow, another 3 hour movie. I have heard the 3rd movie completely sucks and worst one of them all.

Godfather vs Oh Brother Where Art Thou = I voted for Godfather and it would win
Godfather vs Die Hard = I voted for Die Hard and Die Hard still better
Godfather vs E.T. = I voted for E.T., I would change my vote to the Godfather now
Godfather vs Star Wars IV: A New Hope = Who knows now?

Saw IT tonight and they had a poster for a series of films that they were bringing back to the big screen. The poster was old as all the dates had passed but the first 2 was Singing in the Rain and The Godfather. I though of this tournament.

Looking back at the tournament, what movies faced the Godfather and what I voted for.

Godfather vs Oh Brother Where Art Thou = I voted for Godfather and it would win
Godfather vs Die Hard = I voted for Die Hard and Die Hard still better
Godfather vs E.T. = I voted for E.T., I would change my vote to the Godfather now
Godfather vs Star Wars IV: A New Hope = Who knows now?

The Goodfather was a good movie but I have no desire to see it again. With Oh Brother and Die Hard I do so I voted for them. With E.T, I had no desire to see either of them so I picked one at random. I think it was E.T. In none of them did my vote matter. I will definittely vote against it this time too because it is against Star Wars a movie I have seen several times and will likely see again.

I just finished watching Godfather 2 and it was alright, the first one was better. I understand the movie was a sequel and a prequel put together. I felt the prequel storyline was better. One day, I'll watch part 3 one day.

Going back with Wrath of Kahn vs Godfather 2, I agree WoK is better!
