Windows 7 SP1 now available for download

I just upgrade the wife's laptop and my desktop to windows 7. I picked up a family pack, so I decided to do both. My work laptop was on 7 and I liked it.

So i downloaded all the files from my desktop and her laptop to a external drive and started with 2 clean installs.

I guess todays update gave me this. So far so good, runs like a new computer.
 
What was updated? Will I notice anything different?

I installed this today in my Win 7 on my MBP.
 
It is windows this is just a big fat security update! LOL

Actually I read through the read me and there were some changes, but nothing you'd notice and of course no new functionality.
 
SP1 has actually fixed a bug for me. Other Win 7 users have experienced the same bug as well. The issue had been when I create a new file or delete a file, the new file would not appear until I pressed REFRESH or the deleted file would remain until I hit REFRESH. That bug appears to be gone since I went to SP1.

Sweet! I actually had noticed this, but jut forgot about it till you mentioned it. I just did a test and you are right they did address this. Good Catch!
