Really, nobody voted on it?

I did realize it's not on my 90s list, which I just added. I just rated it as it would originally qualify on my list. I'm not going through the hassle to submit it now and make you add another song to the list.

On my list it ranks higher then these 1997 releases.

Spice Girls - Spice Up Your Life (97)
Fiona Apple - Criminal (97)
Hanson - MMMBop (97)
