I put a big $5.90 bet on the under (48) of this Saints game. Nice slow start so far. They need to keep this pace.

If the Eagles manage to get past the Falcons today, it’s highly unlikely they will get past the Vikings or Saints
 
On last Atlanta TD, Philly defender caused the TD. Guy covering the guy who caught pass saw Ryan move forward and left his guy to try to make sack. Had he stayed with his guy Ryan likely would have been tackled by somebody else would have made tackle short of goal line and forced a FG.

The Eagles are an underdog at home? I like the Vikings and think it would be cool they play @ home in the SuperBowl but statistically home field is stronger advantage as playoff moves on (usually because team at home has better record). So strange they are an opening disadvantage. If the Eagles D is for real, they should win. (assuming your offence makes minimal mistakes).

I hear ya. I could understand being dogs against the Falcons after the Birds poor week 17 showing with Foles but now, after at least a bit of a redemption on Saturday and the D showing that they can be amazing in the playoffs, I am surprised at this line. What makes it even more surprising is that in betting home field is automatically a -3 in regular season games for the home team. So that means that the Eagles line of +3.5 against the Vikings is actually more like a +6.5 which seems a bit excessive.

Whatever, hopefully it gives Nick a chip on his shoulder and all the more reason to prove Vegas wrong next Sunday.
 
Conference championship game lines!

Both underdog lines tightened up a bit throughout the week. The Jags managed to gain 2 points from their starting line of +9.5 and the Eagles got .5 a point closer to the Vikings.

I placed 43 bets this season and am now at $44.85.

I got as low as $8 and as high as $48, all from bets under $10.

Since my Eagles are playing in LII today I made my biggest bet of the season. I bet $14.85. If I win it will set me up nicely for next season and if I lose I'll still have made a few bucks overall this season.
