During that whole tribute, Ronnie checked in and talked about Ralph being a dick in the car. Howard said he never had a complaint about Ronnie. I know it's a tribute and you gotta say the nice words, BUUUUUUUTTTTTTT....

It's when he calls a guy to help him get some dudes off his roof that are doing some construction work hitting each other with the hot mops. He was mad that the 'mexicans' were having too much fun that he had to fire them down into his yard and split their heads open.
