Wow, WTF! That looked like good control by the driver, but where did the wheel/ tire come from? You see it coming over the median, but who's car did it come off, and why?

WGAL-Channel 8 in Lancaster reported today, "New Jersey State Police said the tire appears to have come from a dump truck; they are conducting an investigation to find the vehicle."
