Various Thoughts

Whoopi was on in 2015. It might be time.

I'm listening to a bit from 1992. Howard says he hasn't had any dairy in 11 years and he feels fabulous.

...that line didn't age well at all.

He called his mom who said "Hello...how are you" and it sounds like that might have been the origin of the "Hello" drop.

About 11:20am ET on 12/15/2024, we had an update from Brad the Prom Kid.

That was a GREAT summer of shows between that saga and the Babapology "I love ya" tape.

A week or so ago, I found a video with audio from a recent BTLS show. On it, he was talking about how one of his guys went to go meet Hogan at one of the meet-and-greets Hogan has been doing for his Real American Beer.

Anyhoo, the guy goes up to meet Terry and asks him if he can ever forgive Bubba for the sex tape. The rub is that Hogan has apparently become some born-again Christian, found Jesus, etc etc yada yada and all that. Terry's response? Something about "As a Christian...I can forgive him...but we can't be friends again."

When I met Hootie a few months ago, I wasn't gonna bring that stuff up. I yelled "Baba Booey" as he left, but didn't get a response.

I gave him props though. This was before the RNC. The line was stupidly long, but he stayed well after the time he was supposed to leave.

Wait what?

I was looking up when George Carlin died and realized it was after Jackie left.

During that time when Craig Gass, Artie Lange and (I think others) were in the "Jackie Chair" how epic would it have been if George Carlin sat in on the show for a day or two?

Here's my hate list so far:

When you're filling out a form and "United States of America" is far down the drop-down list.

Here's what it should be:
Canada
United States
Andorra
...
Zimbabwe

There's a thought/conspiracy theory that Rahsaan Rogers is the voice of the Burger King commercials. He's denied it, but I can definitely hear it.

I see it done the way you prefer once in a while, but not often enough. Websites can usually tell what country you're browsing from. If US or Canada, do this. Otherwise don't. It's probably two lines of code.

I put in a little effort and pulled-up my 2016 democratic primary ballot that I posted on Facebook, which made the same point. See if you can find the "real" candidates.

Late-night thoughts:
What's Howard's "body count" as the cool kids say?
1) The girl he lost his virginity to. (He's talked about it on-air.)
2) Allison
3) Robin Givens
4) Beth O
5) Definitely others.
6) NOT Robin Quivers. I do think he spent time in his younger years thinking about it, but I'd be absolutely shocked if it happened. That'd be...well, it'd honestly be scandalous.

I estimate it's 40+

Listening to the old shows, he keeps talking about all the 'pigs' he nailed during his time in BU. Plus there were at least a few in his high school days (summer camps, maybe?). Then he probably had a dozen or more in the time between Alison and Beth, he's mentioned at least a few (including the 'tie me up' girl).

Oh, he DEFINITELY traded double his money for 10x as much sex. That's basically one girl every other year for his life.

What's this about a 'tie me up' girl?

If "Hawk Tuah Girl" was 20 years ago... She'd definitely be topless when she got up there.
