Besides the lack of cursing and more local flavor, is it really so different that you can't stand to listen?
It's not an indictment on you or anyone else that only listens on Friday/doesn't listen at all anymore, I'm just genuinely curious whenever someone says this. It's the same ballbusting atmosphere with great interaction between the guys which I figured is what people listened for. There's still plenty of great radio, despite the show being dumbed down for FM. Hell, you could record it and fast forward through whatever you aren't interested in. There's still shades of the old show in those three hour blocks of time.
It just seems to me a lot of listeners were more fans of the format and the uncensored content, then they were of the personalities on the show and wanting to hear what they had to say. And a lot of the time I enjoy the FM product much more than random whore X being in the studio on Fridays. Luckily, I think Bubba got the message on that last point.
