Anyone ever done one of these?

I just did my first one this past weekend and it was probably one of the most awesome things I have ever done. Myself, and 9 friends and family members formed a team and completed it on Sunday. I can't wait for some of the pictures to be posted--I'll share them with you when I get them.

IT was in the Pocono Mountains--the course was close to 13 miles and some of the obstacles were intense.

I never really considered myself a runner before training for this event but I was impressed with myself for being able to run just about the entire course.

Check the website and it any of you don't mind running for long periods of time, obstacles, near hypothermia and exhaustion--I high recommend doing a TOUGH MUDDER.

One of the funnest and most challenging things I have ever done.

I'd like to do something like this, but I would need to get in better shape first.

i considered doing one until they started charging $40 for spectators to watch. $120 entry fee and an extra $40 for my wife to cheer me on rubs me the wrong way with the event.

congrats on completing it though!

We got a discount because we organized a five k race to raise money for the wounded warrior project. I think it made it 99 dollars each.

But you are correct, it isnt a cheap event but i will do another one. We are already talking about maryland in september.

the entry fee isn't that big of a deal, i just hate the fact that spectators need to pay. thats why i refuse to do it.
