Haha I guessed that immediately. There were many hints. It was an early Grammy ceremony (like the 7th); it was 6 years in a row (i.e. '64 to '70), and then the other 2 were possibly the Love album or Across the Universe, and then that A.I. generated song last year. It's too bad Ken didn't take the time to explain it.
Also, as a general rule: if it's the name of a band, just guess Beatles.
When I watch the Masters tournament, I feel like I've been beamed onto another planet. I often don't know the question, nor can I understand the answer. I'm certainly not shouting out answers in frustration.
And the way they're dragging this out is regoddamndiculous. One show per week for 9 weeks? Oy.

On yesterday’s Jeopardy, the returning champ didn’t finish with enough money to play the final. Feel like that’s a rare occurrence.
We just got back from NJ, and I had to catch up on the Monaco GP. So I haven't watched it yet. That's definitely unusual; but there have been a few times in recent weeks that the returning champ has been trounced by another contestant.
Haha I looked that up yesterday, if the winner finishes with $1 as the winner that is all they get, along with the chance to play again the next day.

Since he plays again, eventually he will lose and then get the loser prize. But isn't the loser prize just the home game?
Runner up gets $2,000, 3rd gets $1,000. I think the home game was from the olden days.

Linear TV?! That's a new annoying phrase.
But also, this article reminds me that I've been having a problem with my jeopardy recordings. Last night, I went to watch the most recently recorded episode, and it was one from like 4 years ago. That's because my TV is recording episodes that air on Game Show network. I need to correct this issue.
This gives me a reason to get both services since I've been wishing for this for years. My reasons for returning to linear TV (sorry!) are now zero.Sorry if this is already posted, I don't keep up with this thread
Btw, tonight is Jeopardy night. Regular game at 7:30, Masters semifinals 3&4 at 8, Masters finals at 9. My brain may explode.

What's weird is that they've been airing an episode of Masters on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. But not last night, and now tonight they're doubling up. Not sure why.
Tonight's episode was so pathetic, I don't know where to start. One after another basic question drew stares.
Right, I was exactly thinking that if I ever made it on Jeopardy, I would take my chances against these people.
