the definition of literally was changed a few years ago so thats actually proper.

informal
used for emphasis or to express strong feeling while not being literally true.

How the wrong definition of 'literally' sneaked into the dictionary

but im just nit picking. i get your point. its like the ending sentences with a preposition that still bothers me even though its now acceptable.
