The Random Post Thread

Orchestra leader Bert Ambrose – his real name was Benjamin Baruch Ambrose – had a #6 hit in October 1935 with an instrumental titled Hors D'Oeuvres. For your amazement and amusement, here it is:

After failing to win any states on March 3, "Super Tuesday" – not even her home state of Massachusetts – Elizabeth Warren said she was "assessing" her campaign. On March 5, she withdrew from the Presidential race. Bernie is now "assessing" his campaign. Golly gee, what could this mean?

Makes me wonder if she's trying to keep her name out there so she could be considered a candidate for VP on Biden's ticket.

Maybe she could make a deal to use the theme song of this 2007-15 children's television series as her campaign slogan. Hey, it couldn't hurt!

In withdrawing from the Presidential race, Gabbard said she can best serve the country by working for people's "health and well-being" and by being ready to serve if the Hawai'i Army National Guard is activated. Yeah, and the fact she had won only two delegates had nothing to do with her decision, right?

Very random.
