I don't know if we can say this woman was dumb – but when her husband started punching her, she should have tried to get away from him instead of shooting video. Doy!

I don't know if we can say this woman was dumb – but when her husband started punching her, she should have tried to get away from him instead of shooting video. Doy!

The evidence is that she says she is being punched in the face and you hear her scream and fall a bit later. I think if I was defending her I would try the she committed suicide and is framing my client defense as there is no actual hard evidence he did anything to her (all circumstantial).
