Star Wars Celebration Radio (Aug 12-15, 2010) on SIRIUS 108, XM 139

Well, I guess my forgetfullness that this was on isn't costing me anything - based on the above comments.

I got to listen in for awhile this morning/afternoon. I listened to the designers of the Force Unleashed 2 and Lego Star Wars 3 games, the voice actors from Clone Wars, and the beginning of Mark Hamill's speech.

I enjoyed most of it. The big detractor was Mark Says Hi, I cannot stand that guy. He hasn't a clue about anything he is talking to the guests about. I have noticed this with the other specials he has been involved with. Case in point:

Monty Python Radio- "I think I watched Holy Grail once 20 years ago. Let's take some calls so I can show the listeners I have no clue what I'm talking about."

Star Wars: "Soooo, you're the voice of Yoda in the Clone Wars TV show. You're so tall, and Yoda is short, it must be weird. I'm short too!"

Anyways, Dave Ziemer at least sounded like he knew how to interview someone. The topics I listened to were interesting.

I missed most of it...was out of town this weekend. Looking forward to Clone Wars season 3 though.

I wish they would do a show on the 16 years between Luke's birth and ANH. The Jedi Purge, Obi-Wan and Yoda's exile, all that.

Well I didn't listen to Star Wars cause I'm not much of a fan. But if SXM ever decides to promote Star Trek I will listen.
