The fact they did nothing against his employer (a rich corporation) with many violations of safetly standards including many brake issues on their trucks is really all you need to know. It was a show trial and a complete miscarriage of justice. He should never have been tried (aside from insurance settlements) and if we was he should have been found not guilty. If the guy was rich, he would have walked. But instead he is a poor 23 year old. They stuck it to him.

Gee, ya think?

Aguilera-Mederos will be eligible for parole on December 30, 2026.

That’s pretty cool. It’s too bad there wasn’t a food truck stuck in all of that mess. Add a beer truck and you’ve got a great party.

By our standards this thread is kinda tame but the fact that we have a 37 page thread more or less dedicated to teasing the one guy here who is a responsible truck driver (who one can argue really makes our economy go) really makes me smile.
