Nice Weather We Are Having

We get low 70s today and tomorrow (today sunny, tomorrow with rain). Then cooler after that but with sun.

BTW, we kept driving past this side street all weekend, when we were in mid-coast Maine.

Yesterday was a nice day here. We went to the State Park for the color change and met a nice lady who was visiting Governor Nelson for the first time. She really liked it. Then we did our bike riding. Sweetie says this is her last hoorah for the biking season. I will keep it going to meet my biking in every month of the year goal. Then we got to look at the Halloween decorations without having to bundle up or even change out of shorts.

But I wish good luck to those caught in the Hurricane weather

I’m pretty much blocked from posting good weather in this thread from May through early October due to high humidity. But now that we’re getting a cool front to blast that out of here, finally some great weather!

It was a nice 52 this morning. We went to the conservatory marsh for the World Migration Bird Day (State observance). My Sweetie was receiving a Bird Award on behalf of the city. Our city was given a recognition from some Bird Council for being one of the 9 cities in the state to be recognized as a Bird City. Meeting 17 of 10 minimum requirements to bird enhancement and preservation. We also took some information on birds running into windows. One of the main reasons for bird death is running into house windows. They gave us some invisible stickers to put on our windows. We had a bird a few years ago that was always pecking on our side sky windows. Cats are another big cause of bird death like Tweety and Sylvester but we do not have a cat. All in all, it was a nice morning outing before starting the rest of the day. And the migration must be going well as in all that time I spent this morning in that big marsh, I did not see a single bird.

It's that time of year again, when the air is filled with the sound of our neighbor's irrigation lines getting blown-out. Hard frosts are just around the corner.

We got our first frost Tuesday morning here. Temperature just reached freezing but that is what a frost is. It was my go to work day and I wished I had my tougue in my jacket pocket for the wait on the platform for the GO Train.

We are still having Harvest Summer like weather from around 11:30am-5pm. Got to 72. I am still listening to my soft music channels biking in the afternoon. And yet to have a morning frost. It would nice if it can last until Halloween

We hit 28 this morning. But like you, yesterday it got up to 70. So still some nice midday weather.

It got to 71 or 72 today.
It's up to 77 tomorrow.
That's pretty good for the end of October.
