We've got multiple radio ID's with the family play (XM) with online tagged on to one of the ID's. In the past I could be listening online using my laptop while my wife would listen online using her DroidX with no problems. We've noticed now one of us will get knocked off line when the other signs on and you'll see a message that says you are all ready logged on another computer. Has anyone else noticed that?

They have always checked this diligently on Sirius side. You are only allowed 1 connection per online account at one time.

Was listening to MLB Radio with the new player this morning. Listened for over 4 hours and was never given a timeout message. Could it be?

For me, I couldn't even get a stream to play reliably for more than a few minutes this morning. It wasn't too bad yesterday. Other sites like radioIO and Pandora are working great, so it's not me.

It's so frustrating and I have no faith that they're actually working on resolving these issues. If anything, it's actually gotten worse since they first released the new web player. I'm cancelling my Internet sub, which I've had for years. It's just not worth the hassle anymore. They should just bring back the old player until they get this new one fixed. It may not have been "cool" looking, but at least it worked.

I can't get the online radio to work today either. It logs on, works for a short time.. then just stops..

Right now I can't get it to function at all..

If it's an option, I will confirm that the online streaming through a logitech squeezebox works really well. I have a squeezebox radio up here at work that I use all day streaming sirius, slacker, and music shared from my computer at home. It's not the cheapest option, but works really well and has a lot of options for streaming from different sources. I got it on sale at amazon right after sirius updated their online player in February.

Listened to Music Showcase last night. Got the dropouts as described here. Also got the timeout message 90 minutes in this time. Tonight, I've been listening to Octane via Music Dock site. No dropouts, no blips, perfect stream. Go figure.
