I did my first game of the Leadoff pack tonight. I had the entire row to myself as well as the row in front of me. There were 2 people in the row behind me. As you may have guessed the game was not well attended. But the Jays played well and beat the Expos .... I mean Nationals 5-2. Francis has a no-hitter through 5.1 innings but gave that up with back to back solo HRs. His pitch count was too high for an April game for him to have done a solo no-hitter anyways.
There were so few people in the seats that you could hear the boos. I of course just sat with my hat on and arms folded silently waiting for the anthem to be over in order to rise and sing the Canadian one.

Tonight the Dodgers beat the Braves 6-1. The Dodgers are now 6-0 and the Braves are 0-5.

Tonight Mookie Betts hit his third home run of the season and the Dodgers beat the Braves 3-1. Chris Sale, last year's National League Cy Young Award winner, was the losing pitcher. On March 27, the Dodgers beat the Tigers – and the losing pitcher was Tarik Skubal, last year's American League Cy Young Award winner. Any more Cy Young Award winners? Bring 'em on! The Dodgers are now 7-0 and the Braves are 0-6.
Tonight after seven innings the Braves led the Dodgers 5-3. The Dodgers tied the score in the 8th when Muncy doubled with two men on. Ohtani's ninth-inning home run gave them the victory. The Dodgers are now 8-0 and the Braves are 0-7.

In a surprising turn of events, looking at the standings after last nights games, the Jays are first over all in the AL. The Chicago White Sox would also be the #3 division winner (although tiebreaking a 5 team tie at this stage of the season is questionable).
I don't expect this to last but it is nice while it does.

Reds lose 1-0 for the third game in a row. First time in 125 years this has happened to a Major League Baseball team.

That always irks me. You score 14 in one game than can't score 1 in the next. Likely if you took 3 or 4 from the 14 and added it to the 0 you would win both games.
The Reds scoreless streak ended last night in the 8th inning. Reds still lost 3-2.
Dodgers hit two home runs and beat Phillies today, 3 to 1. Dodgers are 9-1 now.
I haven't been paying attention, so I just checked.
I expected the Tigers to be in the cellar with the Rockies.
Surprised to see the Tigers in first.
Granted, they are at .500 which would put them in the middle (or lower) of the pack for every other division, but I won't complain.
