Al's work is parody. It's a legal form of copying someone, because you aren't claiming that you wrote it.
One can argue that Blurred Lines is a parody of real music.Al's work is parody. It's a legal form of copying someone, because you aren't claiming that you wrote it.
My wife and I saw him last month and I concur. A fantastic show.Memegirl and I saw Weird Al in concert last night. It was a great show. I highly recommend the live experience to any fan.

He made excellent use of the screen playing lots of little clips about him over the years while he did costume changes. I lost count of the number of costumes he changed in to. The opening of our show was quite cool too. The lights went down and then he appeared on the video screen. He was standing outside the casino (he was playing at Casino Rama here). Then he started to sing and walk with the camera. He went in the casino and through several halls until finally he entered the side door into the arena. It was a live link and he just sauntered on stage and did his show. I'd have to say one of the best shows I have been to.I saw Al several years ago.
He's a great performer.
I hear "Lack of execution" a lot.Every one of those I hear sounds like this:
"If we had just scored more points, or if the other team had scored fewer points, I know we could have won. So that's our plan for next week."
That's a good one because it implies the reason they lost was not due to poor coaching strategy.I hear "Lack of execution" a lot.
Dig.
I'd like to see Al again. He puts on a hell of a good show.
You should watch UHFnever saw him live and until a few years ago i never thought of him other than some silly act from my childhood. he has been turning up on the comedy bang bang podcast and really shows how great a personality he is.
