Live 5/1-5/3

I highly doubt Ben Stern died. TMZ would have been all over that story.

Truth about what you and JHDK said. I also doubt the newest rumor about his daughter giving birth to a preemie. Unless the birth was *that much* premature, he would have mentioned it.

today's howard is not the same as alison miscarriage era howard. if it has something to do with his kids, or involves a family member we don't already know well, it wouldn't surprise me if he quickly brushes over it or doesn't mention it at all.

although it must have been a shock with your dad, when you hear "cancer spread" ya usually think death is around the corner
Actually the back pain got him to see the doctor, which got him admitted to the hospital, where we then learned for the first time about any cancer. So he already had advanced bone cancer which spread from his lungs, but he had never gone to a doctor to be diagnosed with lung cancer in the first place. It all got dumped on us in one shot.

My dad had forged his paperwork to get into the Marines at age 16, so he could send money home to his family. He was a tough guy, and he didn't see doctors.

that's both a crazy teenage decision and a very manly, patriotic act at the same time. where did he serve?
