Then there's those Canadian Geese all over the place. One of them hissed at me the other day and I didn't do anything.
Geese are assholes!
I worked at a place that had a pond near it and the geese would hang out and nest in the spring. They would charge at you hissing and walk out in front of your car., and there was goose crap everywhere.

One of the customers on a mail route that I had for eight years had a pet goose, a huge white one. Many times when I entered the yard to deliver the mail, the goose would charge at me, honking and hissing. I was fortunate in that I always managed to avoid him. He was mean!

Another Dislike:

When squirrels cross the street and are 3/4 across then they see my car coming and turn around and go back to start over again. Makes me feel bad.

Aww..... You're a sweetheart man.

Around us, the deer seem to be pretty adept at figuring out what the cars are doing.

We have deer here but I rarely see them. However now that you bring it up on my way home from Melbourne last week there was a deer just chilling and grazing on the side of 95. Like right on the side, a yard away from getting hit by a car in the right hand lane, maybe two yards.

I do also see them frequently from the monorail going from magic Kingdom to the parking lot I think they know they're safe there so there's a shit ton of them.

Up in PA our deer were not like yours. Maybe things have changed in 21 years but when I would go from Philly to Penn State I would have a real fear of deer jumping out in the middle of the road. There were multiple times when it happened and I simply got lucky that they weren't close enough for me to hit. Same thing went for driving local roads in the Penn State area.

Turkeys are kind of in between those two. They seem to be aware of when they are in the way of cars, but they have the whole family crossing, so they just go.

That's jive.

Geese are assholes!

Which kind of makes them endearing. They have little to no defenses yet aren't worried about that and are still perfectly happy to be complete assholes all the time.

They made me want to bring a bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken in to the office and eat it in front of them to show em who's boss.

I liked helping at my wife's club basketball skills competition Saturday morning. It was for the kids in the southern wisconsin district who entered their city completion and advanced. Hardly anyone in her club could volunteer so I had to do more than just help her set up this time. I was the judge of the passing competition, 3 direct pass and 3 skip passes for the 6-7, 8-9 and 10-11 year olds. I was also practicing with the kids prior and during the event. Afterwords, we went to Sugar River Pizza to have a burger. An after the skills competition tradition except it was just me and her instead of her going there were her follow members.

I know someone who does this to me, he considers himself a friend to me, but he does this and it is annoying. But I do need his help with something so I tolerate it

I can't think of an scenario where you would do this and then think of yourself as a friend.
