Yea it's technically from June to November but usually everything happens from late July to early October. About a 10 week span or so.

This thing has been dumping rain on my area all day. They say the worst of it will happen overnight tonight. I doubt anything serious will happen but we could get some flooding.

With all the drone tech these days they could send those in. Of course it is cheaper to replace a weatherman than an expensive piece of equipment.

Yeah, it definitely appears that the storm is headed this way, or maybe a bit East of here. It's already been raining a lot these last few days.

Storm is headed to Mississippi. Other than high wind gusts, we won't feel much impact here.
