I get it in most of the states, and wouldn’t mind if they disappeared everywhere else too, but who were they advertising to in Alaska? Seals? The “Eat Fish” marketing campaign must have been furious.

Yeah those songs (and a few others) are longtime staples around here, mostly 50’s era New Orleans R&B. I guess they never made their way to a national audience.

A week off seems excessive even to us. A lot of people here use Mardi Gras as a good time to go to Disney when it’s otherwise less than peak season.
