The mansion depicted as Bruce Wayne's home in the 1966-68 ABC-TV series Batman was built in 1928 for $140,000 and is offered for sale in 2026 for $32,000,000. Wow, what a deal! I wonder if Penguin or Catwoman might be interested.

In 1911, three Danish immigrants founded the town of Solvang in the Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County. I love Solvang. I have been there many times. Apparently Dolly Parton also loved Solvang. She owned a home there from 2004 to 2014 – and it's now up for sale. (The home, not the town.)

I'm watching an HGTV show called Extreme Buyer's Club, where each of the house hunters have odd or unusual needs. On this episode, the host is working with clients who are a thruple. It's a guy and two women. The women generally wear matching outfits in each scene. It's definitely not a situation I expected to see on a 2nd rate cable network.
