People stoopid.I don't know where to begin with this. The registry has the right to ban whatever plates they want, and it varies by state. It's a decision by the bureau, not a constitutional right. Who the hell would spend $150k on legal fees for such meaningless triviality. People are starving, and this shithead is spending a house mortgage on an idiotic vanity plate. And then the state decides to compensate him, so he can drive by all the homeless people displaying his badge of shame.
