I can see it working in some busier markets, but by the time they are open for business, COVID will be behind us. Maybe the next pandemic will be starting by then. It should work for flood-prone areas. I wonder if they designed the drive-thru lanes to work for boats too?
Wendy's seems to change their fires every few years.
They certainly aren't the best fast food fries but as they are now I like them a lot more than Burger King's fries. McDonald's of course remains the king of fast food fries.

We tried a "Big Boys Burgers" for lunch the other day. It was probably the grossest burger I can recall. Really greasy and not in a good way.We did it via skip the dishes. Their mustard was dijon or hot while not labeled as such. Their fries were greasy and tasteless. And they packaged the drinks (cans) in the same bags as the hot food. Not an experience I will repeat. I am not sure if they are a national chain or not. If they are, they don't deserve to be.
The Guilty Eats website recently – like "five days ago" recently – posted a ranking of the 21 best fast-food french fries in North America. In-N-Out is a very popular chain in southern California. All they sell is hamburgers, fries and drinks but there are always long lines of cars at every location and employees go frrom car to car taking orders in an effort to speed up the lines. Their fries ranked 21st. Californians would surely rank them much higher. "Yes, they would – and don't call me Shirley."

My usual meal every time I went to Arby's was a beef and cheddar (on a regular bun, not the onion bun), potato cakes, a salad and a Dr Pepper. The Recipes.net site includes a "copycat" recipe for those potato cakes. They don't look the same – but maybe they taste the same. Who wants to volunteer to make the recipe?

Makes sense. Why market closed restaurants. I've passed by Dunkin Donuts and other places that had signs in the parking lot saying they're closed because they don't have anyone to work there. Ain't no marketing team gonna get the sales up if the doors are locked!
