Snoopy Jazz on You Tube
April was a good Jazz Appreciation Month to round out Snoopy Jazz
Video #1: Snoopy opens a Flower Shop. Lucy is a customer. Oddly lots of Snoopy Jazz videos where Snoopy and Lucy get along too well.
Video #2: Snoopy flying a kite. Not Charlie Brown
Video #3: Snoopy listens to LoFi Music on Night Train Ride
Video #4: Snoopy takes a Day Off. Snoozing in different places (on his house, in the grass), Snoopy walking in the grass, watching a stream, crossing the bridge of a stream, sitting on a rock. (A+)

Friday Night Baseball
Looks like the spooky Matthew Rhys is in another mystery thriller, this time on Apple TV: Widow's Bay. Miami Grand Prix; Looks like a Miami Sprint and a Miami Race coming up this weekend. And a Miami F1 Kids, maybe a cartoon race show like the old "Hot Wheels". Cars moving awfully fast in trials. Scotch would know what is what.
Watched an episode of "This Week in Baseball" with Mel Allen for old time kicks.
Pittsburgh game for the two innings was boring. No Home Runs. Had to watch on phone as we went to dinner before our friends Play. Play was in Madison. in the artistic neighborhood, got to the theater a little early so we had to wait in a coffeehouse where they were doing storytelling and we sipped hot chocolate. Friends play was pretty good, It also turned out that the lead actor was an acquaintance I knew in college who used to do theater acting then. He has stuck with it all these years. A true patron of the Arts. Got home and watched replay of Kentucky Oaks on you tube.

Paramount Plus: It's a good thing I watched "Beautiful Girls" last Friday when I had the chance as I tried to watch again the following day and it was no longer available,
HBO Max: Watched a little Vegas Golden Knights during the week in the playoffs since I liked their arena for the recent hosting of the Frozen Four.
Hulu: Watched "Mash" Episode when Henry Blake was discharged
Netflix: Still very much behind with my viewing goals

Not sure how this got into the Cord Cutters thread, but yes, after no racing in April due to the war in Iran, F1 is in Miami this weekend. Sprint qualifying was Friday, sprint is today, followed by race qualifying, and the race is tomorrow. A sprint is a short race (19 laps) to add to the overall racing for the weekend. It's mostly for the fans who shelled out a grand or so to get to the venue for the weekend.

And I just saw a good playoff hockey game with the Las Vegas Knights on ESPN through Hulu tonight. At their home arena against the Anaheim Ducks.
the Knights won 3-1. but scored two goals in the final minutes of the game.

I'm still trying to use that ESPN subscription and not letting go to waste after the Frozen Four

The Carolina/Philly match was also good. Went to almost end of 1st OT before Carolina notched the winner.

My newest Cord Cutter News

We are in May now and I still have my Hulu app on all TV's. No sign that it will be discontinued. As long as it's available, I will access through it.

I have to mention one Snoopy Jazz video because he was at a cafe with a chocolate croissant at his table. Looks like he didn't have to stand in line for an hour to get his.

Other You Tube videos watched:
Birds are watching you and determine if you are a nice person to make your yard their permanent home
Aliens are not coming here because the distance is too far even for an advanced civilization.
Golden Tempo is not going to run in the Preakness. Neither is Commandment, Renegade, Chief Wallabee, The Puma, So Happy or Six Speed. Just SilentTactic.
How Humans survived when bigger predator animals existed on Earth.
First Time Reactor to "Yesterday" with Lily James

Friday Night Baseball:
Apple TV Games: Twins and Guardians kept getting distracted so didn't notice home runs, but Guardians won. St. Louis and San Diego playing now. Just saw an inside the park grand slam by Cardinals (by Wetherholt) unless it was an outfielder error.
Maybe "Unconditional" could be an interesting TV show.
Watching the Apple F1 Race from Miami last weekend on my phone at Target, a young man saw me watching and said he was watching that at home. I think his wife made him go to Target with her. He probably wanted to stay at home.

ESPN game was Mariners and White Sox. I only got to see the post-game highlights including Sox home runs but technically I did not see during the live game
I also saw a fight during the Game 2 of the NHL Wild/Avalanche game on Tuesday. What made it so interesting was that there was pushing around the Avalanche net then as the referee was breaking things up, an Avalanche player used the referee as a shield and popped the Wild player right in the nose and down he went.
Saturday is the first WNBA game with the Fever (Catlin Clark) on at 1pm. I have to finish setting up the park flower garden but I'm going to try to catch watching this game.

HBO Max; Watched parts of "All the President's Men" leaving soon.
